Spa night helps fight cancer

Get relaxed and pampered while raising money to fight breast cancer.

Soul Sister Studio’s annual breast cancer society fundraiser is set for Oct. 23, 6-9 p.m., and features services from some of the poshest spas in town.

Estheticians and service providers are volunteering their time to support the cause.

Guests will enjoy a minimum of four appointments, including various types of massage, reflexology, manicures and other spa treatments.

Mini-seminars on topics like Fitness for Busy Women and Connecting with Your Inner Lioness will also be offered.

Carrot on the Run Catering provides scrumptious desserts, while Coco Loco’s will offer samples of their healthy smoothie infusions.

Door prizes, raffles and sale prices in the Soul Sister boutique will make a night for every woman to enjoy.

Tickets are $30 in advance from Soul Sister Studio, 210 Fourth St. in Harewood. A limited number of tickets are available to ensure everyone receives their fair share of pampering and the event is expected to sell out quickly.

A limited number of spots are still available for estheticians or service providers wishing to donate their time for the evening.
