The Kaatza Lakeside Players have taken a page from Chemainus’ script and cleaned out their costume wardrobe.

Earlier this month seven members of the Players attended the Chemainus Theatre event in search of costumes for their upcoming production called Sing a Song of Sixpence. They were extremely successful and returned to the lake with a van load of fabulous items.

“Unfortunately the costume locker cannot hold all the new found attire and so we’ve decided to launch a huge sale of our own on October 24, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., just in time for Halloween,” said Lindsay Anderson, vice-president of the Lakeside Players. “The Lakeside Players have an enormous selection of costumes, wigs, hats, shoes, scarves and fabric for sale at rock-bottom prices.”

The sale is in upper Centennial Hall.
