The VIU Nation is looking for more members to help it feel blue this season. The Vancouver Island University Mariners sports boosters, who wear blue to home games all season long, are holding a 2009-10 kickoff event Tuesday (Oct. 20) from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Royal Bank Plaza on VIU campus. Students can share free food and music and find out about joining the VIU Nation at an annual membership cost of $5. For information please Mike Stefan at 250-740-6407. Wear blue, support VIU
