Girls team hits finals

The senior girls volleyball team from Ladysmith high took part in a 40-team tournament at Vancouver Island University on the weekend. Ladysmith beat Cedar Secondary School to win one of three divisional finals.

Final scores were not available.

The team is set to travel to Hawaii this weekend for a tournament.
