This we like
Love it or lump it, the big hockey stick is probably Cowichan’s signature attraction and has been for an entire generation.
The fact that it was not represented in the British Columbia Sports Hall of Fame was pretty strange when you think about it.
Good on Dick Drew and crew for doing the legwork to see that situation rectified.
This we don’t
Remembrance Day is a somber, serious, respectful ceremony. It demands a certain amount of decorum.
It is not the place to bring your dog.
A number of canines accompanied their owners to last week’s ceremony in Cobble Hill.
The animals disrupted the ceremony with their barking.
Next time, please leave the pet at home.
