This we like
We like the fact the Vancouver Island Health Authority is finally taking concrete steps to involve local stakeholders in its decision-making process.
It’s long-overdue and it seems sincere.
What’s unfortunate is the new Cowichan Health Network’s first order of business is re-establishing trust between Duncan and Victoria.
We wish them luck.
This we don’t
Summerfest was more of the usual fun, and the cornucopia of music was excellent.
And remember, the sweet sounds continue throughout this, a special second week.
If we have one complaint though about the way things unfolded it was that there seemed to be a lack of communication, or promotion between each of the three stages.
