Port Moody Wolves defender Ariana Vaisey played a pivotal part at both ends of the pitch Sunday.

Julia McLeod opened the Wolves’ scoring off a Megan Kinloch feed, while Kinloch closed out the game’s scoring in the second half on a nice through ball by Kelsey Dougans. Brittanie Thompson and Mary DeVito were defensive standouts for PoMo.
• Midfielder Chelsea Reed and defender Lindsay Kirk were strong as the Port Moody Nitro dumped Squamish United 2-0 in a girls U-15 Gold Cup contest.
