Layton, Donnelly to hold HST town hall meeting

Federal New Democrat leader Jack Layton, along with New Westminster-Coquitlam byelection candidate Fin Donnelly, will hold a public meeting to discuss the impact of the implementation of the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) on families in New Westminster on Saturday (Oct. 10).
They will also be joined by Burnaby-New Westminster MP Peter Julian at what the party is calling a town hall meeting at 350 Columbia St., starting at 11 a.m. Then they'll do a campaign blitz at 414 Columbia at 1 p.m.
