Local restaurateur Fred Soofi, owner of Coquitlam’s Pasta Polo, is supporting Crossroads Hospice Society by offering three signature dishes for the month of October.

The “Pasta to Support Crossroads” program runs throughout the month. A special menu developed for the program is available for lunch or dinner and features tasty dishes such as Chicken Carbonara, Shrimp Florentine Maffalda or Three Flavour Mushroom Tomato Curry Linguini.

According to a press release, Soofi and his company have promised to donate $5.00 to Crossroads Hospice Society from each of the named dishes purchased.

“Crossroads Hospice Society is grateful for the support continually received from Pasta Polo and we are excited to be the recipient of this delicious gift," stated Barb Henham, executive director.

Pasta Polo is located at 2745 Barnet Highway, Coquitlam.
