Hundreds of kids and teens are competing in dozens of provincial softball tournaments this summer.

At right, Fleetwood Thunder players Tamiya Kabatoff, Ashaya Spady and Nikalen Edwards celebrate a three-run inning against the Ridge Meadows ProStock Heat during the 2009 Pee Wee C Girls Provincial Softball Championships – but the play wasn’t enough to beat the visiting team.
