In regards to your article “Cannon fire over Cloverdale,” Nazam Dulat may be correct in his assertion that all farmers are in compliance with the rules, but only after residents had to complain as the cannons south of Cloverdale were going off at 3:45 a.m. as opposed to the 6:30 a.m. start allowed by the antiquated bylaws which the city and province refuse to enforce anyway.
