A dead man was discovered Thursday around 7 a.m. near 120 Street and Grace Road in Surrey.
Police said there were no obvious signs of foul play.
The area was cordoned off and the coroner was called in.
It is the third suspicious death in as many days in Surrey.
A 74-year-old man, Sebastiano Damin was arrested Tuesday morning after his wife, 69-year-old Maria Addolorate Catroppa, was found dead inside the couple's townhouse within a gated community in the 8500 block of 164 Street in Surrey.
Damin's been charged iwth second-degree murder.
On Wednesday, the body of a man was discovered near 115 Avenue and Bedford Drive around 3 a.m.
The regional Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is investigating that matter.
