An industrial accident involving hydrogen peroxide forced the evacuation of a private industrial waste disposal facility in the 7700 block of Anvil Way in Surrey around noon Tuesday.

No one was hurt.

The gas emission that resulted was confined to the building, the Surrey fire Service said.

Staff were not allowed to return until the company's own hazardous material handling experts dealt with the spill.
