Singing Surrey boys sought

The British Columbia Boys Choir is expanding its singing program to include Vancouver Island and four Greater Vancouver communities, including Surrey.
The BC Boys Choir, under the direction of Tony Araujo, is making the move in order to allow more boys an opportunity to sing and be part of this British Columbia singing tradition. There will be Town Choirs (open to boys ages seven to 13 with unchanged voices in Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby, Surrey and Nanaimo.
The International Touring Choir, (open to boys ages 10-24) will hold weekly rehearsals in Burnaby. The touring choir will travel to Australia, Singapore and Malaysia in August 2010.
