Surrey’s Chris Campbell has won two tickets to the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games by signing up to be a member of BC Hydro’s Team Power Smart and by committing to reducing his electricity consumption by 10 per cent.
As an incentive for British Columbians to reduce their energy consumption, BC Hydro is giving away tickets to the 2010 Winter Games through a contest open to members of Team Power Smart.
Currently more than 110,000 British Columbians have joined Team Power Smart and have pledged to reduce their use of electricity by 10 per cent. The goal is to have 210, 000 members signed up before the 2010 Winter Games.
