New VP for dental surgeons' college

A Surrey resident is one of three new elected officers who will lead the 2008-2009 governing council of the College of Dental Surgeons of B.C.

Dr. Bob Coles will act as vice president, with Dr. Ash Varma of Powell River serving as president and Dr. Peter Stevenson-Moore of North Vancouver as treasurer.

The college regulates dentists and certified dental assistants in the province.
