Police responding to a report of youth yelling on the Highway 99 overpass at 24 Avenue ended up arresting two males on charges, including committing an indecent act.
The pair were among approximately 100 youth at a rave that officers discovered in the process of responding to the June 28 complaint.
Both face charges of causing a disturbance; one also faces charges of tampering with a police vehicle and resisting arrest.
The rave was located in the 15500-block of 28 Avenue.
