Mount Olive Lutheran Church will celebrate its 50th anniversary Sunday, Dec. 6 with a special worship service, followed by a reception.
Gerhard Preibisch, Bishop of the B.C. Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada, will preside at the 3 p.m. service.
“We’re extending the invitation to the entire community to share the celebration of 50 years of ministry locally and globally,” Patricia Jessen said.
The public is welcome to attend the event, held at 2350 148 St.
