Peace Arch Elementary Grade 3 students Josh Haugland and Tammi Hong add an Olympic touch to garbage barrels destined for the promenade and White Rock parks. The Litter Barrel Painting Program is part of annual Communities in Bloom efforts, to be judged July 27-28 against other cities around the world.
