Three South Surrey developments will be featured in Open House: A Showcase of New Homes, presented by the Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association until Oct. 4 to spotlight the latest advancement in home design and construction technology.
Glenmore at Morgan Heights (2450 161A St.), Southport (3677 143 St.) and Morgan Heights Custom Homes (2589 164 St.) are included on a list of 57 participating show homes at 26 sites in eight Lower Mainland municipalities, including Langley, Maple Ridge and Richmond.
The event offers a range of home types and prices, from a $197,900 condo, to a $1.3 million mansion.
