Fundraisers on tap for tot
Two upcoming fundraisers will support Ellaray Lewis, a South Surrey toddler suffering from an aggressive form of skin cancer.

A pair of fundraising events in support of South Surrey toddler Ellaray Lewis are scheduled for the next two weeks.
On Sept. 25, golfers will tee off at Surrey's Eaglequest Coyote Creek golf course, in a tournament hosted by the Better Days Society, and some proceeds from the event will go to the Lewis family.

Also on the agenda is a wine-tasting event, set for Oct. 1 at Mark Anthony Wine Shop.
Every $15 ticket gets buyers an hour of sampling wines, cheeses and artisan breads.
The event gets underway at 6 p.m., with 100 per cent of proceeds to benefit a Coast Capital Savings trust account set up in Ellaray's name.
The 2½-year-old is undergoing treatment and surgeries for an aggressive skin cancer that developed from a rare condition she was born with, bathing trunk nevus.
The Oct. 1 fundraiser will also include a silent auction.
