Time is running out for nominations for the Representative for Children and Youth Awards of Excellence.

The deadline to suggest a recipient is 4 p.m. Sept. 4. 
The annual awards recognize British Columbians (individuals or organizations) whose work exemplifies innovation, respect and a commitment to improving the lives of children and youth.

Nominations are accepted in seven categories: lifetime achievement, advocacy, cultural heritage and diversity, innovative services, service provider, youth leadership and Advocacy. Winners will be recognized at award ceremonies throughout B.C. in October.
