After scoring 14 seconds after the opening whistle, the Langley Lightning knew they were in for a good game.

And that is exactly what happened as the U19 girls’ field lacrosse team dominated the Burnaby Lakers, winning by a 14-5 final score.

The Lightning did a great job of utilizing their game plan.

Ashley Bull scored three times, while Sierra Bonner, Carlanna Thompson, Haley Parker and Gail Wilgan tallied twice. Chalanne Morrison also had a goal.
