Editor: As much as I like to enjoy this weather and nature, I am a citizen who has some concerns about our community’s safety.
On Monday, I was at the water fountain park in Murrayville, when I saw a group of rude teenagers burning a lid of an empty pizza box just for their enjoyment.
I asked them politely to put the fire out, and they ignored me. So, I went to the Blair Pool for help and I received the most kindly response from the receptionist and the firefighters, who took my concern seriously.
