Editor: In The Times of July 24, you published a story headlined “Water plan one step closer.”
Township council endorsed 27 points of the water management plan, and is looking to ticket offenders. Perhaps the first offender to be ticketed should be the parks board, which waters sports fields during the heat of the day.
