Langley man pleads guilty to invitation to sexual touching

Langley resident Marco Balducci pleaded guilty to two counts of invitation to sexual touching of children under the age of 14 in Surrey Provincial Court last Wednesday.
A violator of this offence is defined under Section 152 of the Criminal Code as “a person who for a sexual purpose, invites, counsels or incites a person under the age of 14 years to touch, directly or indirectly, with a part of the body or with an object, the body of any person, including the body of the person who so invites, counsels or incites and the body of the person under the age of 14 years.”
While he is not in custody, there are several conditions he must abide by, including staying away from the victims.
The offences oc-curred over a period of time, starting in September 2006 in Langley, according to court documents.
His next court appearance will be on Nov. 25.
