Thieves are taking everything these days, from toilets to TVs.

There have been five break-ins at the Gloucester business park within a two week period, with multiple items being targeted including tools, toilets and computers, said Langley RCMP.

Three businesses, one construction site and one compound were broken into. The investigation is continuing and additional patrols are being conducted in the area, said Supt. Janice Armstrong in her weekly Chief’s Report online at langley.rcmp.ca.

Brookswood residents should keep all their doors and windows locked after a rash of break-ins since Aug. 10. There have been 10 residential break-ins, said Armstrong. The suspects are breaking in day and night, primarily forcing their way in through rear/basement doors. So far, two dirt bikes were taken and one firearm, TVs jewelry and electronic equipment have been stolen.
