A Langley man charged with two counts of invitation to sexual touching against children under 14 years of age was to appear in Surrey Provincial Court on Friday (today.)
On Sept. 19, 2008, Marco Balducci, 44, was arrested and charged with the two counts of invitation to sexual touching. The alleged offences took place last year in Langley, said court documents.
After his arrest, Balducci was released on the condition he abide by several conditions.
