Fall back Saturday, sleep in Sunday

Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour before hitting the sack Saturday night.
It's worth it – you'll get an extra hour of sleep Sunday morning.
Daylight savings time comes to an end Nov. 1 at 2 a.m., which officially becomes 1 a.m.
The switch back to Pacific Standard time is also a good reminder for British Columbians to check smoke detectors and replace the batteries.
