Roberta Sawatzky of the Aldergrove Skating Club has now earned her second Gold level test.
In January 2008, Roberta received her first Gold level test in dancing and then in June 2009 she achieved her second Gold test in skills.
Roberta has been skating with the Aldergrove Skating Club since 1998 where she shares the ice with her two daughters Rebecca and Brandi.
Roberta has worked diligently for the last few years to achieve these tests and is now working towards a new aspect in skating, Interpretive. She took her first test in June as well and passed with very high marks.
She also teaches the learn to skate programs, and some private students in the Aldergrove club, gaining her full Level 1 teaching certification this past summer.
