This community will be hosting two big baseball tournaments on the August long weekend.
Aldergrove Athletic Park will be abuzz from July 30 to August 3 with 20 teams from across the province vying for two B.C. Minor Baseball championships.
Ten Peewee AA teams with players aged 12 and 13 will be on the fields, along with 10 Bantam AA teams for players aged 14 and 15.
It's not the first baseball tournament to be held at the new athletic complex but it's the first time Aldergrove has played host to two championships on the same weekend.
