Saunter along awhile with us as we invite you to stroll into the Aldergrove Fair Days. Share the fun on July 24, 25 and 26 along with some good ‘old time’ country atmosphere.

Witness, or take part in some of the most unique events in Canada, as this community salutes the Royal Engineers Anniversary. Join the attempt to break the Fair’s own Guinness Book Record in the “Tin Whistle” category. Re-visit the ‘old west’ at the Canadian Fast Draw Championships, the only one of its kind in Canada, complete with local celebrities vying for the title of Top Gun in the Celebrity Fast Draw Event.

There is no end to entertainment, with Face Painting by Madame Butterfly, trick balloon-tying by Mr. Flowers along with Tractor Pulls and Trebuchet Demonstrations to name a few.

Fair Days will bring you re-enactments by the Fraser Highlanders and the Royal Engineers, along with vintage military vehicles and uniforms, while enjoying the Royal Canadian Legion’s pipes and drums. There will be periodic firing of vintage cannons brought to you by the Seymour Cannon Battery. The Black Powder Association will display shooting of their vintage firearms, and the 39th Brigade Canadian Armed Forces, Field Engineer Regiment will demonstrate present-day equipment, while the contrasting Fort Langley Historical Society will show off vintage uniforms and period clothing.

This Aldergrove Fair Day’s family event brings with it the 97th Agricultural Fair with animals and exhibits which allow adults and children alike to get a little closer to nature. A family festival unparalleled.

The Fair is also extremely proud to host one of the largest midways in B.C., which has something for everyone including rides, food, and merriment and music for all family members. And fun, fun, fun!

Enjoy your visit ‘down that country road’ to the Fair Days historical displays, artisans and crafts, vendors’ displays, and the ever-popular ‘Kidzone’. Last year over 5,000 people crossed through the gates, making it one of the most successful fairs ever.

And it all takes place at the Aldergrove Kinsmen Community Centre, just east of 269 Street on 29 Avenue.

Aldergrove Fair Days… where every day is a Day of Adventure!
