Brent Parent makes his next court appearance on Friday, July 3 in Surrey Provincial Court.
He will also make a court appearance in Downtown Community Court on July 7, facing an unrelated charge of uttering threats.
Parent, 40, is facing five criminal charges including criminal negligence causing death in connection to the road rage death of Silas O’Brien, who was killed in March, 2008 after a vehicle on 16 Avenue was run off the road by another vehicle. The driver then returned to the scene and hit him.
