Kelown rink in the house
Kelly Scott’s rink from Kelowna is confirmed to participate in the 2010 Scotties Tournament of Hearts B.C. Women’s Curling Championship.
The tournament will be held at the Penticton Curling Club in just over a month. To qualify, a team must be ranked in the top 50 teams on the Canadian Curling Association current year’s Canadian Team Ranking System. Points collected in the previous season (Dec 1, 2008 – April 30, 2009) are only valid if three or more team members return. If no eligible BC Team is ranked in the top 50 of the current year’s CCA CTRS listing, the provincial championship will be a nine-team round-robin event. The event will be held at The Penticton Curling Club Jan. 4-10, 2010. Tickets for the event are available at the club
