The Summerland Bantam Rep Jets were in Osoyoos for their first tournament of the year. They finished third in their division.
The team began with a 7-4 loss to Langley, followed by an 8-7 win over Aldergrove and an 11-5 loss to North Vancouver.
On Sunday, the Jets played Westside in their final game, falling short 8-1.
It was a great experience for the Jets.
Scoring leaders were Brandon Gerlach, Cody Egilson and Joel Tremble with two goals and three assists each, Ryan Blystone with five assists, Brady Clark with three goals, Jordy Johnston with two goals and one assist, Brandon McArthur with one goal and two assists, Jordan Hoey with one goal and one assist and Evan Sorensen, Jacob Lusted and Mason Draus with one assist each.
The team is sponsored by Santorini’s in Summerland.
