Bringin’ Home the Bronze!

Lizzie Gummer, Camryn Curts, Tekarra Rierson and Kristin Gage of the Comox Valley Cougars Track & Field Club won the bronze medal in the 1600m sprint relay event held in Langley last weekend at the Canadian National Youth Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:21:50.

Rierson led off with the initial 400m sprint, followed by Gummer and Curts running 200m each, and Gage finishing the race with an 800m stretch.
