Rower takes bronze in Italy

Surrey’s Hillary Janssens was part of the Canadian team which won the bronze  medal in the Women’s Four event at the World Under-23 Rowing Championships July 23-27 in Varese, Italy.

Janssens was in seat 3, helping Canada finish in 6:47.42, behind the United States and New Zealand.

Also on the team was Zoe Fettig-Winn, Janssens teammate at the University of British Columbia.
