Victoria Mariners in tough against Langley

The Victoria Mariners lost only two games coming into last weekend’s B.C. Premier Baseball League play. Both losses came at the hands of the league leading Langley Blaze. But as Yogi Berra once said, “It’s like deja-vu, all over again.” The Mariners lost two games to Langley at Henderson Park on Saturday by 4-0 and 1-0 counts.

The Mariners bounced back Sunday by defeating the Whalley Chiefs 6-2 and 13-3.
