Some of the top senior ladies' curling was battling it out at the Langley Curling Club as part of the Spring Fling Bonspiel.

A total of 24 teams from six curling clubs — Langley, Chilliwack, Peace Arch, Cloverdale, Royal City (New Westminster) and Tunnel Town (Tsawwassen) — took part in the three-day bonspiel.

And in the end, it was the Ann Rambottom rink from Chilliwack defeating Langley's Anne Knopp rink in the finals.
