Twitter Feud: Keith Olbermann vs Vancouver's Tom Sestito

Tom Sestito and Keith Olbermann have very different jobs, but they're both bold in their delivery.

On Monday night, Sestito – who plays for the Vancouver Canucks – received 27 minutes in penalties for throwing down with Los Angeles Kings forward Jordan Nolan 2:33 into the game. Nolan didn't attempt to fight back, and Sestito was assessed a fighting major, a couple of instigating infractions, and a game misconduct. The event ended his event after one second of ice-time.

(*It should be noted, Sestito has made his fight with Nolan his Twitter profile picture, on the athlete's verified account.)

On Tuesday night and on his show on ESPN2, Olbermann launched into Sestito as the main brunt of his segment, "World's Worst Person in Sports".

"They called it a game misconduct, but it was for being a boxing hobo on skates," Olbermann said on his January 14 program. "Tom Sestito of the Canucks. I know, I know. It's his job, like the way the guy who roughs up tardy, illegal loan recipients has a job. You give us one second, we'll give you 27 minutes.

"Today's worst person in the sport's world."

(Olbermann also mocked Sestito's career statistics. In 102 career NHL games, Sestito has nine goals, 13 points, and 364 penalty minutes. With five points in 45 games, 2013/14 is a career-best for Sestito, offensively.)

The broadcasted rant drew the ire of Sestito's 13-year-old sister, Victoria Sestito, who responded with the following Olbermann-directed blasts. Under 140 characters, of course.

And Olbermann, of course, responded:

Olbermann's final Tweet to the younger Sestito:

Sestito chimed in before his younger sister did in response to Olbermann, which the cable anchor referenced in the Tweet just above. Sestito has since deleted the Tweet, but the text was, "@KeithOlbermann thanks for the recognition bud! Maybe send a tweet my way get me some followers" (according to HuffPost BC).

He also issued the following:

Olbermann has been responding to other people on Twitter about the rant, Canadians, Canucks, and Sestito since the back-and-forth, and has been sort of complimentary to the pair:
