VIDEO: Ryan Kesler, Daniel Sedin discuss the Ottawa Senators and outdoor hockey

Ryan Kesler and Daniel Sedin are in the middle of a playoff race. A playoff battle.

They're fighting for their hockey lives in 2014 and the road to either victory or defeat will pass through a building they've never played in before, even if it's right in the middle of the city they call home.

On March 2, Vancouver will host the Ottawa Senators at BC Place, and the experience will be exciting, fresh, and a little new, as 55,000 fans will fill the seats at the longtime home of the Lions to watch Canada's third outdoor NHL game.

For some of the Canucks – like Daniel – it will be a nostalgic return to the frigid games of their youth. For others, like Kesler, it will be a chance to intensify a budding rivalry with the Senators, who the Canucks slapped down 5-2 only a week ago.
