Getting over the hill a good thing at Port Angeles hill climbs
These guys aren’t over the hill. But they are concerned with getting themselves over the hill.
That may sound a bit confusing, but three riders are ardent hillclimbers and put themselves to the test in the Hurricane Hill motorcycle hill climbs in Port Angeles, Washington during the Labour Day weekend.
Pat Barry, John Hind and Kurt Allan of Barry Racing made up the Canadian contingent during the event.
Some of the classes the trio rode in were very competitive.
But they made a very good showing and even managed a first place and earned a spot in the money of a cash payout class.
The host Olympic Peninsula Motorcycle Club prides itself on having never cancelled an event, no matter what the circumstances.
