Hard work by the players and coaches has resulted in another victory for a local soccer team as they travelled beyond the border to take on the best players in their division.

The U13/14 Rovers made it to the championship game at the Pend Oreille Cup on September 8 in Sandpoint, Idaho.

The Rovers were victorious with a 2-0 win over The Academy Idaho to capture the gold medal.  It was a great way to finish the season.

Special thank you to coaches, Michael Stambulic and Fiona  Risdon.
