Quantum tramp and tumbling returns

The Quantum Gymnastics Centre competitive trampoline and tumbling team came back with a vengeance this past week-end at the first BC Cup competition, hosted in Cameron Recreation Centre, Burnaby.

The last time Quantum’s very successful competitive program brought home the medals was 4 years ago, before the program was discontinued.

In September 2012 the program resurfaced with a crop of new, young, talented athletes.

Eight athletes competed and the team brought home four medals from their first competition. Leading the field was Cody Marthaller,  winning Gold in tumbling and silver on double-mini. Anna Hawboldt won bronze on trampoline and a 4th place on double-mini. Sidney Gjaltema  won bronze on double-mini.
