Interior Savings Centre's roof was last seen soaring toward Falkland.

The Kamloops Blazer faithful erupted when Chase Souto tipped in a Brendan Ranford wrist shot on the power play with 15 seconds left in overtime, giving the Blue and Orange a 6-5 win over the Kelowna Rockets on Monday, Jan. 28.

Souto's marker capped what was a remarkable comeback victory.

Brendan Ranford sent Colin Smith in on net with a deft pass and the Blazers' leading scorer notched a power-play goal with 22 seconds remaining in the third period to tie the game 5-5.

Ranford scored at 12:43 of the third period to bring the Blazers within one of the Rockets.

Tim Bozon, Cole Ully and JC Lipon were the other Kamloops goal scorers.

Myles Bell (2), Ryan Olsen, Carter Rigby and Damon Severson lit the lamp for Kelowna, which went with Jordon Cooke between the pipes.

Cooke made 40 saves, while Cole Cheveldave stopped 26 shots in net for the Blazers.

Next up for Kamloops are the Winterhawks in Portland on Wednesday, Jan. 30.

The Rockets are hosting Victoria on Thursday, Jan. 24.
