Bantam reps reamin unbeaten
Oceanside’s Bantam Rep Generals remain unbeaten on the season as they blasted the Peninsula Eagles 6-1 at ‘the Place on Sunday.
The win lifts the squad of 13-14 year olds to 10-0 and sitting alone in first in their five-team Tier 3 league.
According to OMHA Rep coordinator John Busch, the Bantams have outscored their opponents 60-19 thus far.
“Holy smokes,” he chuckled. “They’ve got a real good team this year.”
GAMES ON
Oceanside’s Atom A development team is in action at ‘the Place Saturday against Nanaimo (10:15 a.m. start), and the Midget Rep A team takes on Comox at 2:15 p.m. in a leaguer.
On Sunday, the Peewee A Rep Generals host Kerry Park (11:30 a.m. start.) which is followed by the Midgets who are back in action against Victoria Racquet Club (1:45 p.m. start).
