Oil Kings dump Blazers
The Kamloops Blazers fell 5-2 to the Oil Kings in Edmonton on Wednesday, Dec. 12.
Aaron Macklin scored his first WHL goal and Tim Bozon notched his 18th of the season to round out the Kamloops scoring.
Curtis Lazar, Cole Benson, Henrik Samuelsson (2) and Mitchell Moroz tallied for Edmonton, which went with Tristan Jarry between the pipes.
Jarry was excellent, making 37 saves.
Cole Cheveldave took the loss for Kamloops.
Next up for the Blazers are the Hurricanes in Lethbridge on Friday, Dec. 14.
