One of the biggest supporters of the Cowichan Sportsplex has poured another $4,500 into the multi-sport facility.

The CeeVacs Road Runners host a running and walking clinic each year as a fundraiser for the Sportsplex. To date, the Roadrunners’ clinic has put $62,369 into Sportsplex coffers.

The 2013 run and walk clinics start Monday, February 11 and run to April 29. Sessions are held once a week for 12 weeks.

There is a program for everyone, including fitwalk, learn to run and 5K, 10K and Half Marathon clinics. For information, go to www.ceevacs.com/ceevacs-races/running-clinic-2/.
