Tsawwassen's Brent Seabrook has been included in the list of players invited to take part in an orientation session for Canada's 2010 Olympic men's hockey team.

Seabrook, who played minor hockey in South Delta and now patrols the blue line for the Chicago Blackhawks, is one of 16 defencemen on the list.

The camp will held Aug. 24-27 in Calgary and will bring together 46 players. That total will be whittled down to a 23-man roster for the 2010 Winter Games which start Feb. 12, 2010.

The men's ice hockey competition begins Feb. 16 and concludes Feb. 28 with the gold medal game at GM Place.
