Cookbook launched
Chef and owner Roland Smith from Illuminate Restorante, chef Tobias MacDonald from La Belle Auberge, and apprentice Michael Sabourin served up delicious treats to customers at Thrifty Foods last week for the launch of the South Delta Leader's 'Flavour Favourites' cookbook.
The cookbook, on sale at Thrifty Foods until the end of December, is $7 and all proceeds go to the Boys and Girls Club Community Services of Delta/Richmond.
